Our SC Aquarium 150 build

Well for Christmas my wonderful wife surprised me by telling me to order the tank that I wanted . I chose the sc aquarium 150 star fire with the center overflow . I did like the one drilled for the synergy over flow but after being in this hobby for 25 years . I have learned if something can go wrong it will . I could just see the outside box cracking or leaking so I got the center over flow .

This is my current setup . It’s a 140 rimless semi cube with a 60 gallon sump .

I will be reusing most of all my equipment but he sump . I will be plumbing the tank to my fish room I am building under my house .i will have a 125 tank for sump a 30 long frag tank.

Thank you but I have to say I am very lucky . My wife loves the tanks she just knows I haven’t been happy with this one since I got it . We where renting a house and was there for 4 years had a nice 180 set up and the guy we where renting from filed bankruptcy so we had to go . By the time we finally found this house it took forever to close so I didn’t much time to break everything down and move . So I traded my bk supermariner 300 for this tank . Left my 180 and sump at the old house . For the last 3 years I just haven’t been happy with it . So my wife said get the one you want .
