Check your salinity. An increase across the board like that usually means the salinity is up.

Agree with above that salinity would be my first guess. Overall I wouldn't trust the current tests either. Make sure to have a refractometer with calibration liquid. Also recommended to get better test results than given by API tests, which is what that test shown uses.

i usually check mag/calcium and alkalinity with salifert-use hanna for nitrate and phosphate
Every now and then have lfs check which was this test
Salinity is 1.026 using my refractometer
Have only checked nitrate so far with my hanna and said it was 26

If your tank looks happy, I would trust your own salifert results over the LFS test. As suggested above, the API test is not as reliable.
