Outbreak, what are they?

Went to check the tank this morning and found 100's of these critters on my glass and
Throughout my reef.

Looks like pods. If it is pods they are benneficial

Isopod munnid

 

[reef lover]

And the arrow shaped things are flatworms. That particular variety feeds on pods if I remember correctly and generally fade out with the pod population.
