Outer Orbit HQI Compact Fluorescent Lighting

Hello all...trying to revive my interest in reefing after many years now that I have more time. I bought the majority of my equipment from DrsFosterandSmith and now they seem to be gone.
I have the above mentioned light fixture and to begin with I'm trying to determine if it's really still relevant and viable, if parts and bulbs are available anymore and where to get the right manual.
This light at the time was (for me) very expensive, and if I need to replace a lot of what I have or can still use will determine how far back into this I go.

Any help is appreciated!

Ive got a lot to catch up on! Here I was saving all this expensive stuff for like 14 years for when I had more time, and how everything has changed and evolved!
