Outlet 7 and 8 apex not working

I just purchased an apex. Outlet 7- and 8 are not working the status light for them on the power bar are not on. Any help would be great thank you.

Since status LEDs are not on either, It may be a configuration issue. I'd start by updating the firmware on your EB832, even if it's already up to date.

I tried updating it already and no still not turning on

No they don’t

I have nothing plugged into them. I’m scared to plug anything into the apex since I’m having trouble figuring it out.

Can you take a picture of what the Apex looks like? (showing any LEDs)

This is no doubt a warranty claim. You can try to press the little red button behind the EB832 and unplug, then plug back in.

I unplugged everything and plugged it back in everything seems to be working now. Hallelujah thanks for the help

Pretty sure we didn't do anything - but glad it's working now.
