Pretty sure I stripped out the po4 from my tank after I did a wc and a small cleaning of the tank. What can I do to help recover the corals ?

Sorry that is what I was asking that all I did was a wc and clean some frag plugs that had gha with my toothbrush that I always use just for tank I rises wit tap water but drys for a wk or more but as of now everything is dead I washed my hand is soap but rising of and drying before I put my hands in the tank

If you're going to ask for help, you're going to have to be thorough about what exactly happened. Corals don't die over night from water changes.

Again, what are your parameters (you should know these), what coral(s) died, are you running carbon or any reactors, any other recent (past week) changes you've made (big or small) to the tank?

Can you be more specific? how many corals/fish? could anyone else have used the toothbrush to clean with any household cleansers?

I checked all my chemistry and it's where it should be I did have some high phosphate so I used carbon,po3,no4 filter pads to lower them and clear the water some but I haven't used them in a while I just let the tank run and it's a aio tank btw 20g I have 5 fish and a hand full of corals. No one used the brush but me it's in my cleaning kit for the tank

I'm confused... in one pic you have no sand and the second one you do...
What's the timeline for adding the sand. That could have caused a mini cycle. But I don't think it would have happened in one day. What are your parameters and how high did your phosphate get?

The sand is new just added today and no sorry I was in such a rush I didn't even re realize I put my ammonia chart instead of my phosphates

ok, so what is your phosphate reading? I can't really tell from the pic. And how long has the tank been running?

And how many corals and what kinds died and the time frame. What are your other parameters? Calcium, alk, mag?
