I have a 150 gallon Tank 60 x 24 x 24 and I am looking at adding one more fish.
Mostly SPS
Nitrates are steady at < 5ppm
Phosphate < .05

Current stocking list no aggression due to feeding a tun
FoxFace Rabbit
Copper Band Butterfly
Tomini Tang
Powder Blue Tang
Purple Tang
Spotbreast Angel Female
Blue Streak Cleaner wrasse
Melanurus wrasse
Blood Clown
Ignitus Anthias x 8
Springer Damsel
Marine Beta
Fusilier Damsels x5
Cleaner Shrimp x3
Peppermint Shrip x 6 in sump and refuge
Huge CuC

I am wanting to add a Regal Angel.

Let’s see the tank. You have a lot of fish so if things are going great I would stick with what you got.

It really depends on the current size of your fish. I have roughly two dozen fish in my 72” 160-gallon, but my angels are all dwarfs, the pair of tangs are <3” and the rest of the fish are all much smaller.

Could not get the video working properly so here is a picture

Plan is convert office to fish room and new tank 120x32x25. That only 2 1/2 years away from now
My 5 years comment was about the fact that in 5 years - assuming your fish survive (sure they will) - you will have more than you can handle - IMHO

Honestly not being snarky but that imo is a tad bit overstocked. You should be fine assuming your up with water changes but I would not risk it unless its like a clown goby

Yes not adding anymore at all. More wishful thinking than anything else
dude, don't let these reef heads discourage you. If your system biological can handle it, why not? I assume you got an oversized skimmer. If you're really worried, get you additional filtration. Maybe a roller mat, algae scrubber? I seen alot heaver stocked tank.

Right why not get a nurse shark?
It’s funny when it’s a fowlr, it gets stocked to the brim with fish and everyone is ooohhh and aaahhh’s. But if it’s a reef tank. Two designer clowns, a wrasse and a tang only. Lol

one regal won’t cause his system to crash. His tank will adjust to the increased bioload. Stop overreacting.
