I am looking for any opinions on how to handle two coral, as seen below, coming into contact. I want the the Radioactive Dragon Eyes to spread as much as possible. Should I pair back the growth above, which spread from one polyp at the top of the rock? Or should I leave it alone?

Totally agree to keep the Dragon eyes you're going to have to remove the others or they'll be over taking the whole rock n more.

That's what I thought. Do you guys think I can keep the palys on top by removing any new growth towards the Dragon Eyes? I realize I would have to be vigilant, but do you regularly allow a fast grower to exist near a slow grower, with intervention as needed?

You cant be vigilant enough... they will be growing in 360 degrees. your best bet is to take those out and put them on a small island rock that is isolated from the rest of your rock assuming you want to keep them. Or the other option is to go a species only tank and just spread them around everywhere.
