What’s in the core 7 other method bottles? Bottle 1 has been overdosing. Adding about 50% extra per day. I am also curious as to what bottle does what. Alk calcium mag etc. thanks.

Fyi From Triton Base Elements they are different than Core 7!

Number 1 = Alkalinity + Traces

Number 2 = Calcium + Traces

Number 3A = Magnesium + Traces

Number 3B = Magnesium + Traces

I did not know that .. i was led too believe the core 7 was 7 x stronger than other methods .. but still the same .. i cant imagine why you would need too double up on mag .. i thought with Triton you adujust only for the alk and set the Calc and mag too match that !

Yeah I don't understand the discrepancy. But don't take my word for it look for yourself in the Triton Documents linked at the top of the discussion board.

As above:

Core 7
1: Mg + Traces & Macro Algae traces (Other methods does not have the macro algae traces)
2: Ca & Traces
3a: Alk + Traces
3b: Alk & Traces

Base Elements:

1: Alk & Traces
2: Ca & traces
3: Mg & Traces

The original position from Triton was that the chemical make up was the same, but 7 times more concentrated in Core 7. However recently I saw a post state that core 7 was an improved formula. So I'm not certain on this any more.

Also, in a talk on YouTube, Ehsan hinted that in future, they may vary the formula based on regional variations that they are seeing on ICP.
