I finally got my 180gal with dual corner overflows up and running, but to keep my water level in my tank where it is not to high I can only go around 700gph, my drains have no problem keeping up with a faster flow but my overflow box cant handle the increased flow and the water level rises in tank to high.

If you really want to increase the ability to flow more water through your overflow weir, cut the weir teeth a bit deeper and more water can flow over it. Or do what I did. I added some Gutter Guard to make a screen behind the teeth of the weir so the extra flow over the teeth wouldn't wash unwanted stuff down into the overflow. BTW, Gutter Guard is a roll of plastic 'screen' that will keep leaves from getting into and clogging up your gutters. It's not a bad idea to make a 'cap' or 'top' for your overflow so fish, snails and other critters don't get trapped down in the overflow.
