Overflow Kit Lost Piece

Recently I moved with my family to a new house and during the move, one of the pieces of my overflow kit got lost. Unfortunately, this piece is a key piece for the drain in the overflow and the one I made is very loud. The part comes from Overflow Accessory Kit #29251 and the part that got lost is the “T” that has the holes in it.

Does anyone know where I can buy this part or maybe someone has a spare one I can buy?

You can easily make that part with 1.5" PVC "T" & Cap .....
But why even bother...Herbie that overflow man, its much less noisy

I did a DIY one, but it is still very noise...
