Having a 150 5x2x2 built by Glass Cages. In an effort to save $$$, I went with perimeter bracing with cross braces. Don’t looks like there will be 2 braces, 1 on each side of the overflow on the back center of the tank. Anyone who may have this tank….. assuming this would create accessibility issues, but would love opinions. Also, what are other locations to consider….corner, or even side (peninsula style). TIA!!

If I understand correctly, it’s a center overflow either trapezoid or square box. Bracing is sandwiching the overflow. I have a similar setup, exact measurements if I assume I’m correct with your discreption. You really won’t have accessibility problems. Makes it much easier to have glass covers as well.
