What's not working with it? Are you not getting water down to your sump? Are the weirs clogged up?
If you're not getting water to the sump that means one of your drain line is probably clogged. Any little more info on your plumbing and returns would be helpful. Like how many drain lines do you have, return lines, what did you plumb with (PVC or Flex hose)
