I am wondering what would be best for my 180 gallon bowfront. It is drilled for a single corner overflow but I wanted to either add a second overflow in the other corner or fill the holes (they are drilled at the back) and redrill for a ghost overflow.
What would be best?
Has anyone filled drilled holes in the back of a tank?

Assuming its not tempered you can just put covered bulkheads in the existing holes and redrill for a ghost overflow. Another option would be to use your existing holes as drains. That way you have a full and emergency drain. Then drill 1 return at the opposite side of the tank.

Like mentioned above. Go to BRS and they should have plugs for the bulkheads on the holes you currently have. Just see if they’re threaded or slip, check size and make sure it’s a good connection and you should be fine
