Overflow siphon

Having an issue with my overflow siphon. Air keeps getting in there somehow and there's no holes in the tube.

Your Flow is Not strong enough to push the air out. Try a stronger pump with outflow adjustment such as a valve. You need to have the flow just right to purge the air SO The siphon will not break and overflow the tank .Test various scenarios, good Luck!

^^ Yup, stronger flow. Maybe something need cleaning? Is it a LifeReef? If it is, shoot them an email. He can help you out.

MORE FLOW!!!
The Most Important parameter with HOB"S is the flow, it must be strong enough to push any air bubble completely out of the siphon tube.
