Overflow Volume

I am in the process of building a custom tank. I have the Eshopps Prodigy L overflow box already. It is rated for 900GPH. My question is the rated gph using all three drains? If i were to divide the rating by three that would make each only 300gph. would this be correct?

No idea where that rating comes from TBH. Most people would set that up with a Bean Animal drain configuration and have most of the flow in one pipe, a trickle in the second and a dry backup.

Yeah.....kind of my point.....marketing IMO. Not that it can’t, just that it’s not based on any measurement as far as I can tell in such things. I’m cynical.
