Overflow vs. Return pump sizing

I was originally planning on a 120 gallon DT. Due to things going on, I went with a 32 gallon for now. I have already pruchased most of the equipment. My tank has an external overflow rated at 400 gph. My return pump is 1000gph. I am planning on running a carbon and a refugium reactor off the one pump. I don't think will work though. I have a Sicce silent 1.0 and a 1.5. Would either of these work as a return pump? !.5 for return and 1.0 for both reactors? TIA

How about just installing a manifold and run everything off your 1000gph pump.

That's what I did. Worked out great so far.
