Overflow water in to the stand/cabinet.

Had a little bit too much water in the sump as I took the pipe off while setting up the refugium and water spilled out everywhere.

it must have been at least 2-3 gallon from the sump to the inside of the cabinet/stand.

I tried to dry it up as much as possible but the water that went inside, under the cabinet and underneath the sump foam mat is impossible to dry.

now is it worth the hassle and take the sump out and dry it or just let it be? Will it dry up in a few weeks?

it’s a Red Sea 350 and I am blowing it with a floor fan now.

Keep the fan blowing. Red Sea stands are made out of particle board with laminate. Not the best compatibility with water.
Ultimately this is a how bad is it really question. If it's bad enough, I'd take it apart. If it's really not that bad, I keep the fan going on it and hope for the best

Can’t really tell if it’s bad. Outside of the stand is dried but I am pretty sure inside underneath is not.

There are few areas of the sump I can see through where the waters are, is not dripping but I am pretty sure the mat is soaked.
