Guys I have a 450 lite tank with a 150 litre sump what overflow box and return pump will be good enough for this size thanks [emoji3]

@ 10x turnover for that size system you are @1150gph
@15x you are @1770gph

and return pump will be good enough for this size

..as for a pump, take your pick anything in the range (1150gph -1500gph (MAX)) will work and everyone has his or her personal choice.
