Sorry, not enough info to provide help.

Is that a bulkhead in the bottom of your tank? Or side? And is there only one?

I am installing a Eclipse on my tank tonight. I am using my pre-existing holes for returns from my sump and drilling a new hole for the overflow

So straight up I was kind of in the same predicament as you the other night. Asked a question on here about using an eclipse overflow and was given the idea of using my existing holes I drilled for the return and drilling new for the overflow.

My opinion is that for most of the overflow boxes out there they are gonna need specific holes or hole drilled.

So you could build an overflow box to work with your hole easier said then done. Or find another way like I did.
