I have 320 gal DT with 125 sump bean overflow with 1.5 in bulkheads I will be using, question what size overflow do I make to get 2600 to 3000 gph thru

oh heck just realize my title overflow bow lol you all know I meant box

Are you making an internal and external box or just an internal with holes drilled through for the drains? Are you going to have "teeth" or not? If you want that much flow, I'd make a coast to coast which should be able to flow as much as you need.

internal with drilled holes and with teeth. using beananimal with 1.5" bulkheads thank you for your reply

You don't need the teeth the system will skim better and flow more without it. If you use the teeth a lot depends on the spacing between teeth as to how much it will be able to flow. Off the cuff based on how much mine flows I'd say you'd need to make it around 20" x 5".

oh ok I would rather have no teeth I think looks much cleaner so 20" long 5" deep how wide? wide I mean from front to back. thank you very much for your input

5" is front to back. Depth would be whatever you need to put in your plumbing. Probably like 8" or so.

wow that is deep wonder if could do the same just make longer and have less depth
