Oversize Bulkhead

Can anyone tell me where I can get a oversize 1 1/2" bulkhead. The hole in my tank is oversize and a standard one is not working. Here's a pic you would think if I could keep it centered I might be able to get it to seal but I can't. Also The bulkheads are not very good.The one in the picture is not the one I have in but then none of them are very good. But I hesitate to try a different brand and have the same problem because of the hole being oversize.

Try Spears brand and pay attn to the dimension of the insert

It looks like the hole was made for a Sch80 1 1/2” bulkhead and you are trying to use a Sch40. Not quite big enough for a Sch40 2” bulkhead.

No the hole is oversize without going into more detail the hole saw was dull causing a oversize condition.
