I have a DC Red Sea 300 on my 2 week old tank.. manufacturer says to leave pump at 70% and try to adjust intake knob. I have been trying for days and it just fills the cup in minutes. I have the pump down to 5% and it still foams and fills the cup. Auto Level does nothing. Need help is the tank just too new or am Imdoing something stupid. Screen shot and video attached at 5%!

2 weeks is certainly well in the 'new' category and a few days of breaking in is not long either.
If the problem persists you can do is raise the skimmer or lower the water level in the sump and make sure the skimmer isn't running during or immediately after feed more when the water level in the sump raises. In fact I would leave it off for a few hours after feeding.

Try lifting the skimmer, your water level appears to be significantly above where the red water level sticker is on the adjustment rod. Place some egg crate or bio bricks underneath.

Thanks for the response. I am not the OP but had a similar issue with my newly setup RedSea RSK 600 with the collection cup filling up too fast. I raised the skimmer to lower the water level in the body and the unit is operating better now (still in first 24 hours of operation).

I should have read page 6 of the instruction manual which lists recommended water height for the models: 6-8" for RSK 300, 7-8" for RSK 600, and 8-9" for RSK 900.
