Overtaking Blue Feathers ID

Not quite sure what this is but it's overtaking my tank. I've tried googling it and cannot find exactly what it is, Need some help IDing this and how to remove it. Thanks in advance.

Re: removal. Fluconazole or manual removal. I've read that money cowries will eat it, but mine won't touch the stuff.

Lettuce nudibranches love bryopsis. Its the only thing they will eat. You can just send me the whole rock with the blue feathers and bryopsis. Lol. I came accross this thread searching for bryopsis, but how to grow it.
