Cleaned my COR-20 pumps today and sump looks great. Only problem now is one of my pumps won't run. As soon as I started them up I got an OVERVOLT alarm on my main pump. Driver alternately blinking first four LED's, then fourth and fifth. This happened before and Neptune replaced my driver, (didn't help), then my pump motor. I don't believe there's really anything wrong with this pump since it was fine before I stupidly decided to clean it. Can anyone HELP ME!!!

You have got to be sh*tting me...
According to the responses I received when I posted on the Neptune user group this is a common issue. I didn't believe it could be the problem either especially since I had this same situation six months ago with a different COR pump. That was before I knew of the Facebook group and I handled it through Neptune. They don't seem to know their own products idiosyncrasy's since they first replaced my driver, then when that didn't work they replaced the pump motor, which they said was a very rare event. Some say they get brand new pumps that have this issue. Certainly this seems like a manufacturing defect that should be attended to.

I didn't think the children could tighten them that tight with those tiny little fingers...
Sumo wrestlers and OCD reefers I suppose. Better be careful you may place your "hospitality" award in jeopardy with comments like that !
