Owners of Fluval Evo

I have a question for those of you that own the Evo 13.5. Just ordered this for my father. In search of the protein skimmer...having no luck.

Per their site the PS3 is 3x3x10. I looked at the Hydor slim skim nano and it is said to be 3-1/8x3-1/8x12. I would assume this would work?

suggestions? Maybe some that has the tank can measure the opening for me? Thanks in advance

I have the Evo I have the Fluval PS2 skimmer which works great once it is set up properly with the right amount of flow adjustment

I also have A Refugium from cpr aquatics which i recommend here is a picture of it on back of tank, i have a heavy fish load for this size tank fuge keeps numbers in check.

I contacted them to see when it will be back in stock... it is hard to find this skimmer

Try the Coralife BioCube Protein Skimmer. It's what I use on my Evo V. It's actually located in my HOB Fuge.
