I have a 20 gallon aquarium but I made it with 3 chambers using acrylic glass with holes on it, I mean a lot of holes so water is flowing left to right, should I still add a oxygen? Even the water will go up from left side and will overflow all the way from right side? And repeat the cycle? I think water will still exist on just natural wave all the way from left to right?

How do you plan on adding oxygen? With a cylinder? Not necessary

I have air stone every chamber from my 20 gallon, so what I mean I will remove that once the water is flowing left to right and will overflow to sump then water will return from the left chamber, but I will open window and curtain too, does the water will exchange with oxygen with proper flow without wave maker?

If you're asking what I think you're asking, usually the overflow and return are enough to break over the surface tension and allow for a gas exchange without the use of powerheads. This heavily depends on flow rate and stocking, so I can't give you a specific answer without more details. Be aware that airstones will produce skim on your waters surface and I would personally skip those in favor of more flow.

Okay thank you!! I think will remove this airstone once I finish doing my sump
