Ozone applied and ORP keeps dropping

Hi Randy and anyone helps,

I applied ozone to my LifeReef skimmer with an air pump. I dosed with an ORP controller. I am confused as to what causes ORP to drop when Ozone is applied. My ORP keeps dropping as more Ozone is dosed. Thanks in advance!

How long has the probe been in the water? It may just be dropping as it acclimates to the water.
