Ozone generator for nano tank

A friend of mine give me weipro ozonizer ET-25 (0~25mg/h) . Its 220v with us plug but the unit still work on 110v so I assume it's running half capacity.
My question is can I use it on reef tank total water volume 20gal??.
I do own apex classic with ORP probe. And my protein skimmer is ozone resistant.

I wouldn't personally use ozone on a tank unless it was at least a few hundred gallons in size.
