ozone reactor for over 1000 gallon systems - does anyone make one?

Hi there, I am wondering how people with very large tanks run ozone. Most of the reactors I see are only rated for 600 or 800 gallons.

We use skimmers for reactors in our tropical marine system. However, we have ozone destruct units to neutralize any unreacted ozone leaving the skimmer.

Look into Pentair. As Jay said, most PAs and large exhibits are going to inject into skimmers, and use de-gas towers.

And... I am only talking about 2000 gallons... I guess "very large" is all relative!

Ours are catalytic destruct units, some use heat, others use platinum. Basically, they break down the ozone into oxygen before releasing it into the room. Others techniques include venting the ozone outdoors, or dosing it low enough that no surplus is released. I’ve also passed it through carbon and that seemed to work for small amounts. You just don’t want ozone in a room with people.
