Ozone tubing and problems with check valve

Hi,

I have had issues with my ozone setup for a while and just can't seem to figure out why I keep getting water going back into the Ozone generator - even after replacing and testing check valve. In addition, I am using ozone safe tubing and package says will not crack or yellow as it is ozone safe! I attached pics. Can someone maybe recommend tubing they use that don't turn yellow like this?

Not sure about the yellowing of the tubing, but that does not look like an ozone resistant check valve. It would need to be Kynar and it looks like a standard polyethylene check. If possible I would elevate the ozone generator so that it is above the system it is discharging into rather than relying on the check valve. If you are using a reactor you need to consider the pressure in the reactor as well which can be a couple of feet of liquid.

Not an answer to the original question, but I'm afraid that water baked up into my generator too. Did you have to replace the Corona discharge cell?
