It's also dangerous. If the dosage is too high you can actually dissolve the fish entirely. It can also be lethal is high dosages to humans so be careful there too.
The limited use I had with it...it basically keeps the proteins from combining to make other things that break down quicker. Keeps the proteins broken down.
Yes. The applications I've handled we're directed into the air inlet on a skimmer.
It's been used in tanks throughout the entire system without direct removal as well as only in the skimmer. Meaning once the ozone is fed into the air inlet of a skimmer you would run carbon or another source to strip the ozone from the water. Mostly a precautionary measure because I THINK the ozone has mostly left the water by the time it leaves the slimmer tube.
