Ozotech reactor not working and don’t know why

It’s been hooked up for a couple hours. Now I calibrated the ORP probe . I am running the reactor on number three and the orp has not changed from 227.

If you put your ear to the unit can you hear a very quiet clicking? Can you smell ozone at all? Kind of smells like a rainstorm and lightning

I can smell it if I get real close to skimmer

It’s gone up 6 points in 1:45 mins. Thought these things were supposed to work fast. Is this a normal progression up to 350?

ORP is not a fast mover. It could take quite a while at a low dosage to bump ORP up

Up the dosage if you want the number to jump faster. I don’t recommend it since ORP is literally one of the most useless numbers we can monitor. Just let it go and check again tomorrow

Water getting cloudier the longer the ozone runs . What’s up with that

BRS recently did a video on ozone with Marine Collectors. In that video the person form MC stated that on a 1100 gallon system they started using ozone when the tank had an ORP of 200. It took them "a couple months" to raise it to 300 when running at level 3 on the Poseidon.
