Considering buying from them and want to know about what your experiences are good and bad

I'm actually going to post a feedback about them tonight or tomorrow. I recently made a purchase from them and I am very pleased. I had open communication with them and was very pleased with the appearance, size, and overall quality of the fish i received. Above all, they have very good customer service. At least from what I experienced.

Thanks,
Brandon

ive ordered from them twice and would again many more times

Im nervous because this would be my first time ordering online and im mainly concerned with any outside diseases etc that could come into my tank. Also personality. Would they be affected by the stress of travel? Hawaii to new York is a long way and I really like fish with personality.

i live in indiana myself the only fish i had not make it was a rhomboid wrasse male (which was replaced without issue) it was alive still when i got it, but it was very stressed out. im sure it was handled pretty roughly. i also believe they like a pretty well oxygenated water. all the fish i got was placed in the tank together. i didnt have one issue or disease or ich. with any fish you should QT them.

I ordered from them about two months ago... I posted a thread on here I believe. I would order from them again but I was not real happy with the color of one of the corals I purchased. I had it under Mh 14k and also tried a 4 bulb ati t5 fixture that had a nice mix of lamps and could not really come close(aqua/red) to the color in their pics(bright yellow/red) though it was still a nice(non ultra) healthy coral.
I have a strong feeling you are confusing Pacific Island Aquatics (who only sell fish) with another company, Pacific East Aquaculture?

Aloha Guys and Gals. Thank you for the feedback and helping the OP with his decision. (i really should check this area more often)

Most of out fish carry a 7 day guarantee that is honored with no questions asked as long as a picture is provided. We have had DOA and 7 day guarantee claims. I will admit it. Unfortunately everything doesn't go as smoothly as planned every time. We ship anywhere from 30-50 fish a week (retail) and today alone i shipped out 22 fish and over 100 inverts. With those numbers something HAS to go wrong... It has too, Murphy's Law says so. lol

goaliedude, believe it or not... you will get your fish faster than a California customer due to the time difference and the UPS Next Day guarantee. We have to be at the airport within a 15 minute window in order to get our overnight boxes out.

Ship:
8:30am HST / 11:30am PST / 2:00pm EST

10:30am in CA is 7:30am HST and a 23 hour trip
10:30am in NY is 4:30am HST and a 20 hour trip

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us here via PM or email us at pacificislandaqua(at)gmail.com

Aloha,
Kevin
