Pacific Ocean water salinity

I used imagitarium Pacific Ocean water to fill my 25g tank. Salinity is reading 1.030. I find it odd that this water has such a high salinity. How much water will I have to replace with fresh water to get it where it needs to be?

Make sure what ever instrument u used to test the salinity is calibrated before u dilute.
