Found out the problem there was air intrusion, from one of the tubing that goes into solenoid, I cut it with a precise tool and plugged it back. Now working without a problem since last 36 hours.

I want you to check all of the fittings where tubing goes into and chk whether there is leakage, or chances of air intrusion. Also check your pipes PS follows metric that is 6mm and yall follow imperial. Also chk your polymer tube inside the blue lid of dosing pump. If it has croaked it might take some air and put it in your reaction chamber. In short make all the tuning and joints are intrusion proof or leak proof.

@TherealplexiG i can’t tell you how many time i replaced all tubes completely , including the rubber tube inside the dosing pump , and still facing this issue

Mine didn't crack, I meant was croaked aka stopped working.
