What's the trick to getting the foam and cap back on without getting foam or beads in the threads? I've tried 5 times already but as I'm screwing the cap on either the foam goes in the threads or the breads get pushed up and out over the threads.

I figured it out, the BRS video shows it mounded right before he screws the cap on, other videos you leave about an in or two empty for the foam piece.

I always fill it to the top, making sure to pack it during the fill, clean the threads off, then using my hand ( thumb and first finger ) as a barrier to keep the beads off the threads, screw the cap on.
Have I ever gotten resin beads on the threads? Probably. Did it make a difference? Not that I could see.
