Paint for Back of tank

who sells it and is this spray can type, cause i cant take the tank outside to paint if it is spray can it is too big

I use a can paint from Veldspar (Lowes). If ya use a sponge roller and take your time it looks as smooth as a spray paint. and just like any paint several light coats ... to much and it will peel at some point. I prep with denatured alcohol I just did 6 tanks for my fish room and looks great!

I dont if its the best but I had good results....

yes spray paint made to adhere to glass and plastic works great . ace hardware sells it but I am sure its readily available at other stores

Nope, Latex bathroom paint, it will only peel if ya dont do good prep and put on too much. Lowes also has the spray paint mentioned I believe as does WallMart near me WallMart carries the full line of Krylon paints

I personally like Performix Brand Plasti Dip Spray Paint, Home Depot or Lowes lots of colors to chose from and removable. They sell pints too so you can brush it on also.

Any latex with 2 or 3 thin coats will work. I like a lite blue background but color is up to you[emoji1]

You could also consider putting a removable piece of plastic on the back so you're not locked into the color - you can get the peel and stick kind at a sign maker.....just a thought

Si = yes....:wink:
