Hey everyone,

I hopped on here the other day and saw a Swabbie in white. Needless to say, I wanted one since it would sort of match my other equipment. (aesthetics are becoming important to me in my old age I suppose) I bought my Swabbie back when grey was the only option, so I reached out to Justin and he suggested I just paint it. So long story short, I went for it and I think it turned out great!

I used Rust-oleum Universal Paint in primer in one Gloss white for wood, metal, plastic, and masonry from Lowes. I suspect you could do any color you like really. Couple minutes of work. Painters tape to protect certain areas and two coats later. Just dont get too close or it will clump, 12" was good for me.

Great piece of equipment too by the way. Keep it up Avast!

Thanks, it came out better than I expected. Now I am just worried I might start painting all sorts of things I shouldn't. haha

Wow great job! I still need to get me a swabbie!

I have the same issue... If I were to paint one piece of equipment I would then have my system taken apart and everything would have new paint. Some of us are just crazy like that!

Looks good.
