I added a Yasha Goby and a small red banded pistol shrimp. I haven't seen the shrimp since I added him. The yasha has made a nice little cave for himself. They were paired from divers den. what are the odds that they'll find each other again?

If these are recent additions the shrimp may be in the process of molting.

Pistol shrimp stay in there hole most of the time. I've went months without seeing mine. The only way I know he's alive is when he snaps I can hear him. I would say there is a very high chance they'll meet back up.

I agree on it might be in the cave. My pistol rarely makes an appearance. But caught it out last night. I might see the shrimp once a month lol.

Yup. The only time I see mine is if I leave a little food outside his cave. I can just catch his little claws grabbing it

Also, keep an ear out at night... you might possibly hear occasional clicking. Then he is likely still in there. Or sometimes I like to look under my tank from the bottom I can see them digging haha.
