Pairing clownfish anemone

So I just got a black photon clown i'm trying to make him pair with A long tentacle sea anemone. Any ideas on how to speed the process up. I heard of trying to scare him into the sea anemone move the net close to him until he gets close to the sea anemone. Don't really want to do that might scare him and break out and Ick. Any thoughts ideas suggestions would be nice.

Wow that anemone looks like a flower....so beautiful. I don't know if that kind let clown fish host them though

I have a pair of black snowflake clownfish and the female is hosting bta I put in a week ago. It took it about 3 days to host it. But I knew it wouldn't take long cause the clown had been wanting to host a duncan I have. But I've been lucky every clown I've had has hosted very easily. I'd say give it time. I've heard ppl put the clown and anemone in a small container were they're close to eachother to help possibly speed the process

Not all clowns host. I have two clowns and they don't go near my rose bubble tip.

All clown fish like to host. However, the tank raised/designer clowns...sometimes they never saw a nem so they don't know what to do. In their instinct, they always want to host something

; If you have a clown that hosts, the new clown if paired with the existing will learn how to host...It is not that hard to learn that thing right

My buddy was trying so hard to make his pair host his nem for a long time. He tried basket, acclimating box...Nothing worked. I gave him my clown. Within 1 day, 2 of his clowns started fight against each other like 2 boys fighting for a girl....He got rid of 1 of his old clowns and the 2 left have been laying eggs and hosting his nem for a while now....Happy ending

I have a pair of clowns in my tank and they were hosting my derasa clam out of all things. I recently bought a rose bubble anemone for them and i moved the derasa to the back of the tank so they wont bother it just takes time and patience it will happen eventually i assume ill put pics up when my lights are on.
