Pairing Orchid pygmy basslet

Hi,
Ive gota 200l with a pair of clowns and a neon goby. Im interested in getting a pair of orchid dottybacks (tank bred) Whats the best way of pairing? Are they like clowns where one changes gender or do oyu have to sex them in the shop? Can they be added weeks apart as the shop only has one in stock at the moment, or could this prevent pairing and make them aggressive to each other?
I alos plan a molly miller blenny, kamohara blenny and possibly a randalls assessor

Orchid Dottyback are protogynous hermaphrodites (female then male). If you add two of them together, one will be come male. No problem with pairing this species.
