Pajama acting weird

About to do a water change had the phosphate and nitrates test decently high and 2 of my pajama cardinals are laying down next to a rock, do they have eggs and has anyone experienced this before?

What’s “decently high”? Temperature, salinity, other water parameters? Maybe an image or two? Not a lot to go on really...
