I have this cardinal fish for allmost a year now all of a sudden this Mondayni saw this what looks like a white spot on his mouth. I can't tell if it's in his mouth or what it is. I tried taking several pictures but only have this one
There are no other spots on him and he's looks good otherwise
Thanks

If he is still eating well I think I would do a big WC and change all the filters and socks and see if it clears up.

Is that the only PJ you have?

He is eating and I change socks every three days and do 30% water changes weekly no other filters to speak of

I would be kind of concerned about the apparent damage to the fins as well? Has the spot on its mouth gotten any bigger? Perhaps one of the resident fish specialists can help?
@Humblefish has helped me out in the past.
