Hey everybody, so I got this PJ cardinalfish from my LFS a couple days ago. It was at the store for a couple weeks and looked healthy, ate well, etc. Just this morning I noticed his spots are faded on one side and it looks like he has a big white bump. I'm not sure what/if anything is wrong, any help is greatly appreciated!

This is my first fish in my 28g nanocube.
Parameters are:
Ammonia: 0
Nitrate: 10ppm
Phosphate: <0.05ppm
Alk: 10.9
Ca: 450
Mg: 1320

Here are some better pics, both sides for comparison. Also, forgot to mention temp is 80F, salinity 1.025

Update: just noticed his side fin on the side with the white spot is not working. Can't tell if it's gone or if he just can't use it, but he's swimming around with only one side fin. Could he have bumped into a rock overnight and hurt himself?

Oh, that really looks like Uronema! Take a look in the library files here for my article on “red band disease”.
Sorry, but the prognosis is very poor for treating this. Luckily, it is not a super contagious disease....
