Can you guys tell me how rare this is. I had a local store tell me it's basically extinct in the wild is that true ? They have some in a tank but won't sell any of the pieces shown there selling 1.5-2.0 inch frags for $59.99 does that sound correct ?

Could be sinularia which isn't rare at all. It impossible to tell them apart by looking. It's been awhile but last I recall there was 1 area that nepthea was going extinct but the rest of the areas it lives still had it. You can find neon sinularia for $5/frag if not free.
