Pale Looking Fox Face with Spots

I looked over a few threads and became overwhelmed with the amount of information regarding fish disease and symptoms. I have attached a picture of my Fox Face for you experts out there. But this guy as well as his best friend, Mr Mimic Tang both have been on and off pale looking with normal looking color spots for a few days. The Mimic seems OK but the Fox Face is randomly swimming against a power head. Also there eye's seem a little foggy and perhaps bulged. Any advise would be great, but I'm afraid there going to have to be moved into a hospital tank and treated with something, and I need help with that as well. Thank you

Can you post a pic of the fish in all white light?

Swimming into powerhead is a symptom typically unique to velvet. Do you have a QT running?

I will have to connect my laptop up to my Radions to do that and I do not have a hospital tank and would have to buy one. These fish have been with me for a few years now and I haven't added any fish in the past few months.
