Pale Pink Polyp?

Woke up this morning and this was next to one of the frags I bought last weekend. I tried going through some of the bigger ID threads and couldn't find anything similar. It doesn't seem to move or react/retract to light or movement, so I'm wondering if it's even alive? Also the smaller thing to the right of it is covered in small balls. I just want to make sure it's not a pest. It's a brand new 38G tank that also has a zoa and hairy mushroom frag along with two fire fish. Thanks!

It looks like it may be a tiny aiptasia to me but its hard to tell from the picture. Can you try to get a better picture?

Thanks for the welcome! Unfortunately that's the best I could manage, it's a bowfront and my nikon does not want to cooperate with it, here are a few more from my iphone
