Paly’s in my GSP?

Sorry for the BAD pictures. Are these paly’s growing in my GSP? Should I remove them?

Maybe, hard to tell. Also looks like a small toadstool.

My GSP grow simular tube like growing. Hard to tell from the pictures but I think this is normal if there is no place to spread.
