Paly has white stem and closing

I just noticed that this paly has a white stem and others that aren't opening.
assume the white one is dead. Is there anything I can do to save the rest. Everything else is stable and hasn't changed.

oh, thats a dead polyp. Is it new? Something is wrong on that side, did you check for pests? Maybe an aptaisia?

No, it's not new. We've had a about a month. What's the best way to check? I know it's toxic.

I just blew it with a baster and the white came off. I don't see any aptaisia.

Maybe a coral close by that stung it? Maybe something was eating at it? It’s weird. Maybe dip it in case? Sorry I don’t have better suggestions for you.
